associate allofphysics.com with a web server #274

The DNS records in https://domains.google.com/registrar/allofphysics.com/dns point to the VPS host as per https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/networking/dns/getting-started/dns-registrars/

I then added as a domain to https://cloud.digitalocean.com/networking/domains

I get an error message: "Domain 'allofphysics.com' name already exists." which leads me to https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/domain-xx-name-already-exists

DigitalOcean does support multiple domains on a single droplet: https://docs.digitalocean.com/support/can-i-have-more-than-one-domain-on-the-same-droplet/

Done! https://allofphysics.com/ now works

I've opened https://github.com/allofphysicsgraph/proofofconcept/issues/275 for a related issue - the certificate is for https://derivationmap.net/
