[Feature] Create an Update L1 Block Info Transaction Hardfork Update Example #279

Describe the feature you would like

This issue is to update the book for when a hardfork updates the L1 Block Info Transaction. The L1BlockInfoTx needs to be updated with the new hardfork. It would be nice if the book could display a rich diff, highlighting the changes in-line.
