Thanks for all the additions. I plan to do a bulk add this evening, as I am building the final version of the release files tonight. You've just managed to get these into the current release!

For these and other requests, all I'll have time for is to build the class and associated annotation properties, but what each of these will need next is axiomatisation. Would you be interested in helping out with this, and contributing directly to SWO? As we are volunteer run, this may get you the additional axiomisation faster than might happen otherwise. If so, I'll get back in touch with you after I've finished this release and I can go through everything with you. Prior experience in ontologies is not required :)

Thanks very much!

I saved up a load of suggestions, so I could submit something in bulk. I thought gene expression was bad, but proteomics... wow! The MS ontology covers some bases. I am happy to help 'officially'. I'm no ontologist, but do seem to spend lots of my time in this world at the moment. Cheers!

That sounds good. I'll get these in tonight, and then in the coming days we can talk about how you could edit things directly :)

Thanks!
