update outdated rodare file

Update the outdated RODARE file. Sry that I have not maintained this file for the last release :-(

Rules

• creators are everyone who contributed to the current version e.g. 0.3.0 with a pull request/commit
  • the list is alphabetically ordered
  • except @psychocoderHPC (me) is the first author ( I hope this fine for everybody)
  • contributors from previous releases are moved into the section contributors
• contributors everyone how contributed in the past
  • contributor type is set to Other ( I do not know which other keywords are allowed)
  • the list is alphabetically ordered
• affiliation based on the time of the contributions

Please check your data for correctness. If you received any grants t work on cupla please provide a pull request to update the file.
