There are a couple of broken links and broken resources etc. For example, the keyboard trap is not working right now. This fixes everything I could find and also cleans up some of the code (indentation, merging JS files, etc.)
This also removes one test which affects two numbers in the overview of barriers found table on the home page. That's why we should update the last update date before this gets merged.
