Specify which versions of govuk-frontend are considered supported
Add responses for possible support questions about new organisation colours
Prettify common responses Markdown; this mostly modified whitespace usage in various parts of the document

Hi @seaemsi, it seems you've suggested changes to more sections of the common responses document than I was anticipating. I was looking for feedback on the new section, rather than the document as a whole.

More parts of the document were marked as edited due to an automated script fixing various issues with newlines and excess spaces, so it's an understandable misunderstanding.

Would it be okay if I took those suggestions and moved them to a different PR instead of resolving them here?
