added BOOLEAN OPTION focusToSelectedValue to make it possible to configure whether or not the dropdown list should scroll to the recently clicked value.

@kuemme01 This should be fine. I will merge as soon as I can get to it. I need to pull it down and add the new prop to docs, etc.
