Specify selection colors #239

I think it would be good to have specifications for what selection color should be. (And of course themes adapting these)

I think. currently most themes use 'background highlight' (base 2 or base 02) for selection color, but imho, these colors differ too little from the actual background color to be used for selection, while they are good for highlighting the current line or things like that.

So it would be nice to have a selection color that stands out a little more, and to have that uniformly across all themes :)
