Updating menu selection to the latest version of JetBrains' IDEs #264

I am currently using PhpStorm 6.0.2 (latest version at time of writing) and it appears that the "Preferences" menu has been folded into the "File | Settings" menu in JetBrains' products. This was confusing for me as a user reading these instructions so I have updated them in this pull request.
