Incorrect colors. #293

I'm not seeing the correct colors in both console vim and console neovim. This is what it looks like while editing .vimrc:

This is what it looks like in gvim:

Wrong color

The console colors are clearly wrong (the background?). Why might that be? And also, are my gvim colors correct?
