Creating a description about Logging. #29

Hi, this is my very first commit.

I have created some description for the Alt.Log(), Alt.LogInfo(), Alt.LogDebug(), Alt.LogWarning(), and Alt.LogError().

I have to say that my English skills are not the best but i tried it.
