Would it be enough to advice people to add it to the "Competences"-section?
It could and probably should be solved by using info-text and templates for the other section of the person profile
If we do it like this, it will be included in #71
With the number of user we have now I believe that for the parts that are obvious to include (i.e. language) there should be a structured way of adding this in the same way as assignment and also a predefined location of this info in the CV:s. The CV:s otherwise will look too different which is an issue when we send ten CVs to the client. We have the same issue with the competence section today (meaning that the CVs are hard to compare) but for competences it is more difficult to streamline without adding restictions. For language part I feel it is pretty simple and it is a section where all consultants always have at least one or two languages.
Need better specification before development, moving it to Blue Sky so it wont stop progress of other tasks
There is a need to have a section/option to select which languages the consultant know. Today this information is sometimes written in diffents parts of the document but this should be a little more unified. Probably a list (ISO) of languages to choose from? unlimited number of languages.
