What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After running all steps of install and having it install properly, I expect
to see the admin console here

Everything installed fine. I do not have HTTPS set up - but from what I saw on
another Google site, it says I didn't need
too. I installed from ssh and it all seemed to go fine. I just want to
configure it and run it now to generate my site
maps. Do I need to change ports? Where does the sitemap-install and/or the
admin-console directory need to go/be?
In a web accessible directory? In a cgi-bin? There is just nothing in the docs
explaining this...
