Decrease/remove tokens #25

Adding a command to remove tokens from a player would make it possible to incorporate them into the server's normal economy and still kept them under admin's/owner's control. I know there's an option to edit the number of tokens, but having a remove would also made it possible to make an 'exchange' using a plugin (eg. Denizen).
