Rename "Mail-Funnel-Builder" and separate tabs #41

Single funnel builder / editor will be accessible by going to "Edit" from the Campaigns list or the centralized funnel builder.

"All Funnels" Will be a tab and that will present the user the centralized funnel builder

Can explain this during meeting if unclear
