LiveBook Proxy url does not work

Describe the issue

I use Fritz19 and Playchess for online computerplay. If i disable all books, exept LiveBook Proxy url http://www.chessdb.cn/cdb.php?action=querybest&learn=1 The live book is not used. I see nnue counting at start of 1st move. (depth is set to default 255) In ShashChess, the iveBook url is working good, only not in Brainlearn29 x512

Expected behavior

I expected that livebook connection would give immediately moves, without counting for best nnue move, as far as the depth is set.

@amchess If I change engine to ShashChess, and use the same url: http://www.chessdb.cn/cdb.php?action=querybest&learn=1 All works fine. It is only with Brainlearn that the url is not working, and/or does not contact the server. If I use Brainlearn and the livebook from Playchess, it works 1 time, and the next game it is shutoff. It seems the livebook server from Playchess is often off-line. That of chessdb.cn is alway working, exept not in Brainlearn.

ShashChess Experience book is used first, thereafter the database url gets moves. If I shut off Experience, only the livebook gives the opening moves.

It seems to me that with the Santiago version, the problem of not working LiveBook url is solved. Thanks.
