UI Updates and Bug Fixes

6 Fixed with the new url structure

10 Fixed with the caveat that links do not show in the bottom left or right when hovered over.

11 Fixed with a scroll margin top on the video card

12 Not fixed -> Left for when I move on from datatables

UI Changes

Show Folder Thumbnails if available based on id.jpg
Keep aspect ratio of video player constant if no video loads
Enable episode counts on folder cards
Add index files job to dropdown menu
Add visual error on invalid login
Fix remember me on login redirect bug

Unintended Change

Categories support shorthand due to the use of "ilike". I used this to ignore case but it also ignores letters.
