Points.

  1. Searching for anything before 2015 is futile. Either there wont be any data or there the amount of data will not be enough for supervised learning, specially Deep Neural Networks (DNN).
  2. There is a page in Imperial College of London which is for robotics and imaging in healthcare. Their website states "The Hamlyn Centre was established for developing safe, effective and accessible technologies that can reshape the future of healthcare for both developing and developed countries". They have state of the art research in surgical navigation and even a dataset page for Laparoscopic / Endoscopic videos. I assume if there was any good datasets available, They would have linked it in their page. It is possible to contact Dr. Stamatia Giannaro for more detail.
  3. OpenCAS webiste have links to other dataset sites (including ICL Hamlyn Centre). They also have not linked to a good dataset.
