When the app is first opened it takes a long time to load

There is always a initial load. but not so much! (its around 1.sec for me) how much time it takes for you ?

@amir1376 hello 1.It takes 8 seconds for me (the system has SSD) 2.Sometimes Windows 11 does not allow the program to run (publisher unknown)
