Frame movimg handle tooltip #412

Why is word FRAME in the corner of the frame?
Is it how it was on the mock-ups? 
Sorry, cannot find that issue. What number?

I think word FRAME should be removed and a tooltip added to the center X. 
"Click and drag to move the frame"

So, should I remove frame label and add tooltip to the centre X?

"Frame" label is removed.

Tooltip is implemented as a title="" or alt="". I see it ok in all browsers 
except my FF, for some reason. Tested in FF on another system, see it ok.

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.8.4.0alpha30 (alpha)

The handles shows even if the frame cannot be moved.

Tried on this product

The frame had no room to move vertically, but there was plenty of the right. 
Couldn't move it anyway.
Either let it move or just do not show if it can't be moved.

Actually, the frame could not be moved to the right of its original rightmost 
boundary. I made the frame smaller, but could move it only within the area of 
the original full size frame. There was plenty of room on the right, still.
This is not a big problem, but it's confusing - there is room, but it won't go.
Not sure what can do about it. 
Suggest something?

Hm.. not sure what you agreed upon on this one but it is even more confusing to 
me right now than it was before.

1. I can only see the middle cursor if I downsize the frame.
2. Even when it is downsized, it still can not go any more to the right

What was changed? what should the behavior be?

No sight of "Frame label", + shows up in the middle and the tooltip (alt) is 
visible across browsers.
