IE shows the "ordered items" table on order details page too wide #437

This is an old issue raised and solved on redmine Bug #145.

I don't see changes. IE still shows scrolls (order_table_scrolls.png).

Tested on

in IE7 and IE8

I also tried reinstalling the extension on alpha22 release hoping that I'll be 
able to spot the difference. Looks the same.

I found that the release doesn't contain a fix. Sorry.
Please re-test it with 1.8.4.0alpha24
