No file removal option

How come I don't see file removal here ?

It was on PREMIUM.

You're probably misunderstanding - there should be cancel/remove link on files 
that are currently uploading or on queue. No delete for already uploaded files.

How come?
Even if the files are not deleted, there should be a way to remove them from 
the order.

I always thought this was the requirement.
Wonder how it slipped past during the testing.

It didn't slip, just hasn't been integrated in the extension, yet.
