Update troubleshooting section with more hints and suggestions.

Most of the questions we get are basic. Most common reasons:

1. cr@p hosting
2. didn't read the instructions
3. decided to do it in some other way

Most of the issues can figured out by the admins if they compare their 
installation with our demo site. 
Can we add some hints and instructions on what to look for?

What comes to mind:

1. does the product page has ANY traces of our ext?
2. what is missing from the page ? scripts? css?
3. what elements fall out of place?

Usually hints like this are enough to help them get back on the track.
