Symbol button on Xperia X10 Mini Pro #66

When I'm using the querty-keyboard on my Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro the 
"Symols button" doesn't work(the button down-right). With the normal keyboard I 
get a list with symbols and smileys.

It would be great if you could fix this!

I've got the same problem on my Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro (currently 
Android 1.6)

It seems that I have to disable the scandinavian-keyboard completely before the 
"symbols button" goes back to normal/standard function.

Yes, it would be very nice if you could take the time to make the sym-button 
working on the x10 mini pro. With the exception of this minor annoyance, the 
keyboard is *so* right to have as default input on this small device.

For me, the problem is that it is impossible to type a quotation-sign when the 
physical keyboard is used. And it is nice to be able to draw the slider out, 
out of ergonomical reasons...
