Half hole on all toneholes - Fixes

• Enabled half-holing on all toneholes (except bell)
• holeCovered is now a struct containg both holes (holeCovered) and halfHoles
• Declared a union between the new struct for holes and a 32bit variable for fingering change trigger
• Moved half hole enabled from switches to a dedicated variable (much like vibratoHoles)
• Extended the Config tool protocol to support half -holing on all toneholes
• Extended the Config tool protocol to support the receiving of both the old holeCovered and the new for half-holes
• Updated checkFirmwareVersion for the new variables
• Modified debouncing constants

EDIT I added a few things:

• Auto optical calibration

• Added relative button action

• Added relative Config tool switch

• Added relative checks to checkFirmwareVersion

• removed auto baseline calibration

• added holeBaseStatus() - contains the previous code of getFingers

• re-organized WARBL2 Settings box in the Config Tool
