Docs: .NET Updates

(docs): Making some documentation updates for the new .NET-related changes to Amplication

Hey @PazYanoverr, this PR makes changing to the following important pages concerning .NET:

• About Page
• The Home Page
• The First Service Page
• The Generated Service Page

Here are some additional changes we can make:

1. Update Licensing.md to include information about the differences between the Node.js open-source licensing and the .NET licensing.
2. Add a new top-level .NET page that explains the key differences and similarities with the Node.js offering.

What are your thoughts?

@dericksozo - I agree we need to update the license page. Regarding the "new top-level .NET page", I agree it can be beneficial. However, we can start now without it, and explain the key differences and similarities with the Node.js offering- in the specific pages which talk about node.js. The rest of the pages should be shared between the languages (or at least we should aim to it)

Definitely, @PazYanoverr. I just implemented a new Licensing page. This one should be much more aligned, but let me know your thoughts!
