• Setup experiment for using esbuild for prod builds in EXP_C. (https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/pull/35675). Needed to disable when we noticed a couple of issues (https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/pull/35814).
• Created bugs:
  • https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/pull/35773 (revert)
• Fixed bugs:
  • https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/pull/35833
  • https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/pull/35827
• adsInitialIntersection experiment cleanup: https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/pull/35740, in-progress movement getIntersectionChangeEntry to ads.
• Enable rest, spread, and array destructure in source code.

What's Next

• Make compiler.js runnable.
• Launch esbuild experiment after solving two blocking issues (terser and combineWithCompiledFile bugs)
• Combine notions of test and localDev s.t. there is only one dev mode.
