where to put NA? #9

@amromeo If we don't have it in somewhere yet, I could make sure I include in stats. But, is there missing data in orders data?

the orders data has NA's in the cancel reason column and in some of the review times I think. So far I will mention in it in mind as I discuss is.na(), but I may choose to exclude this since mine might be too long as is
