Add Administration notes section #319

Adding an administrative notes section for officers will enable a better record keeping system for actions made to the account. Something like a section that would list if a player has received warnings, why a player was banned, at what level like park, Kingdom or entire and for how long, (This will make it easier if a player crosses parks and kingdoms). It will also let officers explain why certain changes were made. Changing of title name (ex Lord to Lady).

AI wouldn't approve storing this information as is poses a legal liability. There is a notes section for currently suspended players and the COM has been directed to not include details of suspension in that.

If you really want to see a feature like this you will need to contact your monarch or COM representative and ask that they put forth a proposal.

Thank you for the update. If it poses a legal liability, I would not want to risk Amtgard getting caught up in something like that.
