rewrite the BSPWM config in Nushell #90

still experimenting with this but this PR

rewrites the whole ~/.config/bspwm/ directory in Nushell
removes all the scripts/ and useless dead code from the old Bash config
removes features i do not use, e.g. the animations in picom and a loooot of environment variables
adds a command that connects only one single monitor when using an external screen
separates the logic and heavy lifting in bspwmrc and the configuration in config.nuon

to have the same single monitor experience in BSPWM and in SDDM just before, this is related to https://github.com/goatfiles/system/commit/47a651e6fddb7f937f5d9c4f81b52ec83f55699b.
