Time Freeze #40

I request a time freeze feature that is used on cutscnes to also be used in 
other situations. Some examples include batteling, poopin, eating, and training 
animation.

It is implemented for Battling, Digivolving, and Training.

I will not be implementing it for eating since our food item system now happens 
instantly.
