making about and contribution section more attractive 🐞 [BUG] - Title #452

Description

under GSSOC'2k23 , just wanna make contributors and About section more attractive using css and javascript. so.please assign me.

Current behaviour

there is no swiper used in Contributors section.

Expected behaviour

change the ui of About and Contributors section
