PlannerMD quits unexpectedly while running multiple times #10

This happened a couple of times when testing and does not meet the expectation of being able to run it continuously and I had to run the jar command again to start the app. The data from the last 2 commands I ran were not saved either. For reference, I am using Java 11.

Team's Response

This issue has not been reported by any other testers in the PR. Hence it is likely the issue with the user's computer or the Java distribution. Furthermore, we are unable to reproduce this issue mentioned when testing it on multiple operating systems.
