Atari 2600: incorrect color palette #5

The color palette looks incorrect. For example, if you load Pitfall, you can tell immediately that the colors are inaccurate where even black levels appear washed out. I am using a no-intro verified rom and using 1080p HDMI.

I’ve been unable to reproduce the issue, it might have been due to launching the 2600 core after existing the NES core after running an FDS game. I tried launching the 2600 core after a clean boot and the colors looked much better.
