Overview

There are some misalignment in smaller viewport on the index page. This PR proposes some styling updates to fix the misalignment in the "Popular Static Analysis Tools by Language" section.

Nice job; thanks for the contribution! The CI failed, but that's unrelated. I think there is some issue with our secrets setup. LGTM merging.
