NEW FEATURES - SUMMARY SCREEN - DISPLAY SPEED/ALTITUDE - SAVE SPEED #114

1. missing speed at the saved file
2. missing at the display, current speed and current altitude in a little box 
sample attached.
3. Clicking on speed box - show current speed BIG
4. Clicking on altitude box - show current altitude BIG
5. Summary text screen with - 
total time, total time moving, 
max speed, min speed, 
max height, min height, - diference of max - min height, 
total distance, 
avg speed, 
total ascent , total descent.

6. Scyncronize with polar belt and bike instruments with cadence and speed from 
bike 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
