Display entire history of verdicts.json somewhere #9

Would be nice to have a feature that lets the user scroll through their past papers ordered in some way (e.g. by date or by relevance)

Also useful for making sure the same paper is not retrieved twice from ArXiv with the same prompt (leading to duplicate API calls)
