Update and add event logs parser #43

  1. Add event logs parser, inspire from web3py web3.contract.ContractEvents
  2. Update pyproject.toml
  3. Clear async_contract.py
  4. Clear tests

Maybe more desc and doc about event log parser in README and Documents.
