updating new httpx and request lib #63

hello im using pytelegrambot which using latest version of httpx and request lib so its not compatible with your version so i just removed these two lib for now,

tested and everything work just find.

requests==2.28.1 httpx==0.21.3 tested to this version working just fine :)
