Repro:

Compile it (I did with VS2017)
Connect any Android Device ( I tested Tab S2 and AGM X2)
App only shows "universal beacon sample", nothing more, no matter which beacons are around.

I have the same, Xamarin doesn't work on Android and Windows, white screen with "Universal Beacon Sample"
