[RFC] Would you mind to refactor the way we reorg files and docs?

without doubt pmu-tool is a awesome for SW profiling using TMA and get statistical performance data. but it looks more like a collection of useful tools or scripts instead of one unified Swiss Army Knife. would you mind to refactor the way we reorg files and docs in order to give it more hierarchy? here was the proposal come up with a draft:

• put test file and utilities in stand alone folders.
• put the 1st layer tools like toplev in the outer one.
• cpu ratios calculation in a stand alone folders for continues updating when comes new micro architechture.
• stand alone contrib tools like ploting&serve for something unstable or developing ongoing.

pls feel free to comments more and I'm happy to help if you agree with the idea above. ( maybe need to be dicussed to make it perfect)

I don't think source code layout should make a difference to the user. I prefer the flat hierarchy, sorry. Always hated the java style complicated directory hierarchies in other projects.
