Also, add checks for the minimum fat32 number of clusters and the maximum cluster size.
We should probably just automate the sectors-per-cluster selection to comply with the restrictions above.
This was preventing both my macos machine and my jetson UEFI bootloader from correctly mounting and recognizing the ESP.
