Branch and bound issue #4

Hi Andre. Sorry to bother you again, I have still some trouble with the branch and bound. I updated the gist again.

The problem looks the same: it branches on a variable with value 1 in depth 5. I set the tolerance for fractional values very low. I'm not sure what is happening.

Any help would be much appreciated.
