list output: include server_modified data and change padding #537

I needed that ... maybe of use as well for others ...

include in file listing also server_modified date in the listing
change padding spaces for the file size to be inserted before and not after the size to make the sizes right-aligned

Both might break someone else's output parsing (the first more likely ... maybe making this "optional" is a better way)
