Run time error, *sigh* #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Done like you asked, and the file "MSCOMCTL.OCX" in the system32 folder,
2. I tried running the file, didnt work.
3. I put them both in the same Directory,  (the other one was still in the 
sys32 folder), still doesnt work

I get the error
Run-time error '339': Component "MSCOMCTL.OCX" or one of its dependencies not 
correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Im using Windows 8, could that be a problem ?
