This PR fixes an issue in the resource labels for the Arabic language

Issue with translating plural labels adding the letter s after the Arabic label

Hey I apologize for making you wait. I have been working on a new release for a while and it was just made the default branch (3.x). Would you mind creating a new PR for that branch with these changes?
