Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build and install on Ubuntu 13.04
2. Run ffmbc
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After build and install, running 'ffmbc' returns 'Segmentation fault (core
dumped)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ffmbc 0.7rc8
Ubuntu 13.04

Please provide any additional information below:

Unfortunately there isn't a huge amount of info as it's not a specific
scenario. After build and install, trying to run ffmbc gives 'Segmentation
fault (core dumped)'.
Here's the currently installed libav versions, if helpful:

Looking around it seems like it's caused by a program trying to access memory
it shouldn't but seeing as other folks have this up and running, it seems it's
more likely that it's related to my system. Does anyone have any suggestions
please?

Apologies, this has now been resolved by doing a 'make distclean' and
building/installing again.

Thanks.
