Fix Wave Format Header #40

class NavigationSession is implemented voice recoding logic, So this sample code will create recoding file. However, when I play this recoded voice file on PC, I hear only noise. I guess included invalid wave header. Probably, class CarAudioRecord create 16 bit PCM. However this header specify int dataElementSize = 8.
