Popup buttons do not work on second screen #337

I have Windows 10 with two screens attached. One has high dpi the other normal dpi, so windows are scaled appropriately when I move them between the screens.

If I move Chrome from the high dpi screen to the normal dpi screen, then I can click on the ScriptSafe icon in the Chrome menu and get the popup, but nothing happens when I click on any of the buttons in it. If I move the Chrome window back on the high dpi screen, I can click it again.

I have the same problem after upgrading to Chrome 66. It worked fine in Chrome 65.
