First-time users should be directed immediately to a new hero creation page after clicking on the "Click here to start building heroes" button
Proposed Solution
Check to see the cached heroes amount on the landing page render.
If the list is 0/none/null, directly route to a new hero creation page on the "Click here to start building heroes" button click
